oke1 Casino Terms & Conditions – Your Complete User Agreement

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "oke1," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operating entity behind the oke1 Casino platform accessible at oke1.vip and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" refers to the oke1.vip website, its mobile-optimised version, and all software, services, content, features, and gaming products offered thereon.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by you upon successful completion of the oke1 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your oke1 wallet that are available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to your account by oke1, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to a Real Money Balance.

• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of any third party.

To access the full range of oke1 services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid email address or Philippine mobile number (+63 format) to which you have sole access.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A secure password of your own creation, which you are solely responsible for maintaining confidential.

You may only maintain one (1) registered account on the oke1 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances.

oke1 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including but not limited to upon first withdrawal, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or upon any indication of suspicious activity. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in temporary or permanent restriction of account access and withdrawal functionality.

You must notify oke1 promptly if any of your registered information changes. oke1 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

All financial transactions on the oke1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oke1 accepts deposits via the following verified Philippine payment methods:

• GCash — Instant credit; minimum deposit ₱100.
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — Instant credit; minimum deposit ₱100.
• QR Ph — Real-time transfer via QR code; minimum deposit ₱100.
• GrabPay — Instant credit; minimum deposit ₱100.
• BPI Online Banking — Same-day processing during banking hours.
• BDO Online Banking — Same-day processing during banking hours.

oke1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

oke1 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which oke1 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and verification status. The following conditions apply to all oke1 withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• All active wagering requirements — including those applicable to any Bonus Balance — must be satisfied before Real Money Balance funds attributable to bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within a few hours of approval for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• oke1 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Bank charges imposed by receiving institutions are the responsibility of the account holder.

All promotions are governed by these General Terms and any specific promotional terms applicable to the offer in question. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all oke1 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per player per promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion and typically range from 25× to 40× the bonus amount.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and bingo may contribute at lower rates. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio facilities under controlled conditions.

Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. oke1 does not alter RTP settings on any game and presents them as provided by the respective game provider.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, disconnection, or any other technical issue that prevents the completion of a game round, oke1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. oke1 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake for the affected round.

Any game results that appear inconsistent with the technical game rules, as a consequence of a software error or misconfiguration, shall be void and the player shall be entitled only to a refund of the wagered stake for the affected round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Such winnings are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent the house edge.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any activity in contravention of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or processing transactions on behalf of third parties through your oke1 account.
• Engaging in systematic abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting strategies that exploit bonus structures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing oke1 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

oke1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Instructions from Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or court orders.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in oke1's dormant account policy).
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

In the event of termination for cause (i.e., due to a violation of these Terms), oke1 reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account, including any Real Money Balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law and as may be necessary to offset any damage, losses, or legal costs incurred by oke1 as a result of the violation.

You may close your oke1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements and verification checks are satisfied.

oke1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without oke1's express written consent.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform or its content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without oke1's prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in termination of the user's account and may give rise to legal action by oke1.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

oke1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oke1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits oke1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

oke1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering an account with oke1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including but not limited to: account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, regulatory reporting, and service communications.

oke1 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data sharing occurs only with service providers bound by contractual data protection obligations, and with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the oke1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You and oke1 both consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, oke1 reserves the right to apply for injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court with jurisdiction over the parties or the subject matter of the dispute.

oke1 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, oke1 will notify registered users by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number on file. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the oke1 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
